Santur TLB-3020-C DFB MEMs Tunable Laser Module

The TLB-3020-C is a compact C-band and L-band tunable transmission laser built with NeoPhotonics proprietary DFB laser array, plus MEMs coupling and packaging technology. This package includes a laser select IC, which reduces the number of electrical pins and enables a form factor suitable for the 300 pin SFF transponders.

For use in a wide variety of DWDM Metro and LH systems, the TLB-3020-C is customizable for output power, wavelength ranges and wavelength spacings. The TLB-3020-C includes an integrated wavelength locker and a highly stable DFB laser array for the stringent wavelength accuracy needed for the submarine and 40G/100G terrestrial applications.
